1304 Design uses the collected data to provide its customers with the following services:

  • To make shopping at 1304 Design as pleasant as possible, we store with your permission your personal information and the information regarding your order and the use of our services. This allows us to personalize the website.

With the quotation form we ask you for the following information with the corresponding reason:

  • Company name: Required to communicate with the customer, to be able to address.
  • Name of contact person: Needed to communicate with the customer, to be able to address.
  • Address: Required to be able to convert the quotation into an order and to send it if a quotation is approved.
  • Postal code: Required to be able to convert the quote into an order and to send it if a quote is approved.
  • Place of residence: Required to be able to convert the quotation into an order and to send it if a quotation is approved.
  • Telephone number: Necessary to be able to ask any questions about the quotation to be made.
  • E-mail address: Needed to be able to send the quote to you.
  • Description: Necessary to be able to prepare the quotation.

With the Registration Form we ask you for the following information with the corresponding reason:

  • First name: Needed to communicate with the customer, to be able to address.
  • Surname: Needed to communicate with the customer, to be able to address.
  • E-mail: Necessary to create a My environment and to keep you informed of the progress of orders placed.
  • Invoicing email: Needed to send the invoice when placing an order.
  • Invoicing by post: Necessary to know whether you want to receive the invoice by post or by e-mail for your administration.
  • Company (not required): Needed to communicate with the customer, to be able to address.
  • Country: Required data to be able to process and send transactions if an order is placed while logged in.
  • Postal code: Information required to process and send transactions if an order is placed while logged in.
  • House number: Required data to be able to process and send transactions if an order is placed while logged in.
  • Addition: Required data to be able to process and send transactions if an order is placed while logged in.
  • Address: Required data to be able to process and send transactions if an order is placed while logged in.

  • Phone: Needed to be able to ask any questions about quotes requested or orders placed.

With the return form we ask you for the following information with the corresponding reason:

  • Company name: Required to communicate with the customer, to be able to address.
  • Name of contact person: Needed to communicate with the customer, to be able to address.
  • E-mail address: Needed to contact the customer.
  • Order / invoice number: Necessary to be able to trace the transaction.
  • Description return/quantities and item: Necessary to indicate which item(s) are being returned.
  • Reason for return: Necessary to assess whether it is allowed to return.
  • Bank account number: Needed to refund the money if necessary
  • Comments: Necessary to be able to place any comments that can be taken into account when processing the return.
  • Attachment: Include any photos or other relevant documents.

We ask you on the order form  for the following information with associated reason:

Newsletters and emails

We will only send you our newsletter if you explicitly register for it. The e-mail address you use to place your order is used for this. In every newsletter we offer you the option to unsubscribe.

You can receive other e-mails from us without permission. These are e-mails when it comes to a review request after placing an order and e-mails, such as an order confirmation and to keep you informed about your order. Depending on the ordered product, you may receive an e-mail after your order with suitable products for the purchased product. Do you no longer want the e-mail with suitable products or do you not want to receive a review request? Then you can also unsubscribe via the unsubscribe page.
